About the Role

Join JB Tools as a Warehouse Associate in Livonia, MI, where you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities including receiving inventory, organizing products, preparing customer orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations. We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.

Label products and maintain accurate product identification.

Put away inventory and keep warehouse locations organized.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Wrap pallets and prepare outbound freight shipments.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Move inventory throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts.

Assist with inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Support other warehouse duties as business needs require.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday.

Experience operating a forklift (hi-lo) and pallet jack is preferred.

Forklift certification is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
