Job description

Warehouse Order Picker

Pack orders according to Working Order or by the queue system

Read & follow the special instructions to pick and pack orders

Double check product to ensure inventory and item picked are accurate based on the working order

Communicate, work, & report to Team Leader regarding: Out of stock items or substitutions before packing product and Product without packaging in storage area

Report to team leader if find the product place in wrong area

Need to be able to prioritize work & finish daily shipping goal according to company shipping goal

Prepare order for shipping which includes: Place the shipping label to the correct shipment and Stack cartons on pallets and warp in time for loading

Move pallets to special area if shipment is not shipping out on same day

Help maintain clean work area

Train new order picker

Bilingual preferred

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00PM

Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:

Warehouse pick/pack experience

Must be able to use tape gun, tape up carton/bag and RF scan gun

Teamwork and Cooperation

Must be reliable/dependable and have excellent attendance

Must be able to lift 40+ lbs. on a continual basis

Basic computer knowledge is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
