Registered Nurse Oncology

Seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Oncology. The role involves administering chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The patient population includes adults with various cancer diagnoses as well as hematology malignant and non-malignant conditions. Nurses will be responsible for managing and accessing ports. Experience with administering blood products and chemotherapy is necessary. Nurses will monitor patients for side effects of treatments. Patient education and support will be a key responsibility. Nurses should be comfortable managing and disposing of cytotoxic spills. The environment requires adherence to neutropenic precautions and monitoring acute side effects.
