This position will be performed onsite in our modern outpatient office, designed for efficiency and comfort. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, interpreting medical history and exam findings accurately.
• Develop, implement, and supervise personalized care plans focused on enhancing patient mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions through evidence-based practices and techniques according to state regulations and ethical standards.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, care regimens, and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independent management of their condition.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Manage a diverse caseload effectively by prioritizing needs based on patient acuity and therapy goals.

As a Physical Therapist at Epic Physiotherapy Clinic, you will work primarily with patients of all ages who present with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. This includes post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, age-related mobility issues, and chronic pain management. You will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to facilitate recovery and foster independence.

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or a commitment to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and outcomes.

• While no prior experience is necessary, candidates with internship or clinical placement experience in outpatient orthopedic settings will be viewed favorably.
• Familiarity with the latest physical therapy technologies and treatment modalities is a plus.

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
