Marketing Intern (Paid) Summer 2026Marino Physiotherapy | Knoxville, TN

Are you a creative, driven marketing student looking to gain real-world experience while building a portfolio that actually matters?
Marino Physiotherapy is seeking a paid Marketing Intern to help grow our brand, engage our community, and support marketing initiatives that directly impact a thriving healthcare business.
This is not a coffee-fetching internship.
You'll work directly with the clinic owner and leadership team to develop marketing campaigns, create content, analyze performance, and contribute ideas that are actually implemented.
This position is ideal for a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville pursuing Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
What You'll Do
Social Media Marketing
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
  • Capture and edit photo/video content
  • Monitor engagement and identify growth opportunities
  • Research trends and help implement new ideas
Marketing Strategy
  • Assist in developing monthly and quarterly marketing plans
  • Research target audiences and referral sources
  • Analyze marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Help identify opportunities for community outreach and brand growth
CRM & Automation
  • Assist with lead tracking and follow-up systems
  • Help manage marketing funnels and customer journeys
