About this Position: As Chief Operating Officer, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO, leading operations across our entire cancer care system. This role oversees medical oncology, radiation oncology, pharmacy, support services, physics, and quality, spanning more than 20 locations Louisiana and 1 in Mississippi. You will drive alignment across these disciplines and regions, harmonizing operations and patient care, while integrating financial stewardship into daily operations. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Required, Masters in Business Administration or Healthcare preferred
15+ years of clinical and business management required.
Experience in financial and administrative operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Must also have proven experience in information technology planning, organization, and development.
