We are currently seeking a senior staff design engineer at our Woburn office. The candidate will join a diverse and global team working on state‑of‑the‑art wireless and connectivity applications.

Responsibilities
  • Design analog, mixed‑signal, or RF circuits.
  • Guide layout in advanced technology nodes.
  • Document design details and present at review meetings.
  • Define experimental test procedures and evaluate silicon in the lab.
  • Assist in architecture investigation and technology exploration.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher focused on integrated circuit design.
  • Analysis, design, and debug skills for analog, mixed‑signal, or RF circuits.
  • Previous tape‑out experience is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of linear systems and signal processing.
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics is highly desirable.
  • Experience with lab equipment.
  • Experience in the use of computer‑aided design tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Matlab.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $154,400 – $220,000 annually. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short‑ and long‑term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
