Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Associate Director - Dynamic Targeting Insights Strategy & Execution (P4) to pursue the standardization of innovative sales force capabilities driven by advanced machine orchestration, and the integration/adoption of artificial intelligence, and supported and shaped by informed analytics. Develop Dynamic Targeting & Machine Learning Strategy, and design and implement strategic brand and portfolio based customer insights across platforms in a unified user experience. Communicate components of Dynamic Targeting Measurement Plan including SF KPI's, VAE Performance, Insights Volume, DT Impact Analysis, SF ROI, and DT Diagnostics such as SOM, actual NBRx & TRx, and Suggestion Volume. Translate analytical insights & end user feedback into Dynamic Targeting model, business rule, and platform optimizations that drive business performance and strong sales force execution. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, or Analytics in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with Machine learning and machine Orchestration; 5 years of experience with in Analytics with experience shaping and influencing strategy and execution based on data; 5 years of experience with Complex Analytical Models including experience translating its technical components into meaningful solutions that deliver on Portfolio/Brand Strategy; 5 years of experience with managing monthly and quarterly enhancement sprint process including requirements gathering, documentation, deliverables, milestones, and technical/business go-live dates; 5 years of experience with Portfolio & Brand Strategy, Sales Force Customer and End User Experience; and 5 years of experience with leveraging and applying tech functionality to enable/pull through strategy. 20% domestic and occasional international travel required. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$112,091.00 - $149,993.00 per year
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
