Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Altamonte Springs, FL.
Key Tasks:
* Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
* Execute backlog stories end-to-end - from requirements grooming and technical design through development, testing, and deployment
* Design and configure workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, and scheduled jobs tailored to risk and compliance use cases
* Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
* Design and implement AI-assisted capabilities within ServiceNow where applicable, including intelligent risk/control mapping, evidence intake and summarization, policy and compliance content support, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop review
* Evaluate ServiceNow AI, generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and related platform capabilities for fit-for-purpose IRM/GRC/TPRM use cases, translating approved use cases into secure and supportable technical designs
* Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals
* Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events
* Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs
* Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets
* Import data into GRC application tables
* Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows
* Create technical solution documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with significant focus on IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules
* Demonstrated implementation experience with one or more of: Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (Vendor Risk), or Business Continuity Management
* Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum environments, actively contributing to sprint ceremonies and story-level delivery
* Strong command of GRC frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, COBIT, or equivalent)
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting best practices
* Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Now Assist or generative AI features, or equivalent AI/ML-enabled automation tools
* Ability to design AI-enabled workflows with appropriate controls for data privacy, role-based access, auditability, explainability, testing, monitoring, and responsible AI governance
* Familiarity with ACL design, role-based access control, and security best practices on the ServiceNow platform
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
