• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments that include detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic evaluations to accurately understand patients’ pain conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in close collaboration with supervising physicians, focusing on optimal recovery and pain relief.
• Perform various procedures such as joint injections, nerve blocks, and other minimally invasive interventions under supervision, providing effective treatment options for patients.
• Educate patients on pain management strategies, treatment courses, and lifestyle modifications to foster their active participation in their own health and wellness journey.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up care meticulously in electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure continuity of care and compliance with facility protocols.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population suffering from various pain conditions, including chronic back pain, arthritis, and post-surgical pain. • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of California.
• Demonstrated clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat pain-related conditions effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling strong patient relationships and collaboration with healthcare teams.
