This position is to be performed on-site at our rehabilitation center, where you will engage directly with patients in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our facility is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technologies and tools, allowing therapists to implement advanced treatment modalities effectively. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life rhythm for all staff.

• Assess the individual needs and goals of patients through thorough evaluations and consultations.
• Maintain a structured patient schedule, managing a workload of one patient per hour to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques, focusing on enhancing the patients' functional capabilities.
• Administer cost-effective therapies designed to improve patients' range of motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Design and oversee personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific health objectives and lifestyle.
• Utilize various tools and methodologies, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programming, to deliver effective interventions.
• Monitor patient progress over time, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and documenting all services provided accurately.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, facilitating communication and feedback throughout the treatment process.
• Encourage and motivate patients, fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes their engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Emphasize functional improvement through exercises aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

At Physical Therapy Dynamics, our patient population varies widely, encompassing individuals of all ages recovering from orthopedic issues, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. You will engage with patients of differing backgrounds and physical capabilities, applying your knowledge and skills to address their individual needs and assist in their recovery journeys.

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-focused care with a track record of positive patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.
• A clean record, with no board or disciplinary actions against the license.

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at $75,000 and going up to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
