Job description

About the Role:

We are currently hiring a Full-time Physical Security Officer GSOC for our Security team. This team is dedicated to Globally protecting and securing the people, property, and proprietary information/assets of Nu Skin.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor global incidents that may impact employees, offices, clients, or company travelers, and report findings to security management and relevant business units (HR, IT, Cyber Security, Public Relations, Legal, Facilities, Global Leadership, etc.).

  • Track executive travelers and notify security management of potential risks. Evaluate travel notifications and alert company travelers of potential impacts and/or risks.

  • Conduct daily welfare checks for C-Suite travelers and corporate travelers in moderate-risk or higher countries.

  • Serve as the lead during after-hours, taking on some management responsibilities in the absence of other leadership.

  • Prepare and process reports including security statistics, work orders, daily activity logs, and incident reports.

  • Monitor and maintain all communication channels (email, phone, radios, etc.) and respond promptly and professionally.

  • Respond to life safety incidents (medical emergencies, natural disasters, etc.) and dispatch appropriate personnel (security, facilities, police, fire, EMS).

  • Serve as a liaison between law enforcement and government entities.

  • Manage and monitor security scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • Ability to interact with people in a courteous, professional manner while enforcing company policy.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Digital literacy and proficiency with security systems and reporting tools.

  • Ability to give and follow orders effectively.

  • Physical capability to perform security duties (quick movement, stair climbing, good vision and hearing).

  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.

  • Professional grooming and adherence to security dress standards.

  • Must qualify for and maintain a Corporate Credit Card.

  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

  • Ability to assist injured or ill individuals in obtaining medical care.

  • Must have a current government-issued driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

  • Ability to work with and help manage security systems, including keys, access control systems, and camera systems.

  • Successful completion of annual security fitness test.

  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening (drug test and background check).

  • High school diploma preferred; 0-2 years of relevant experience.
