GENERAL LABORER

Polyurethane Manufacturing

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our polyurethane manufacturing team. This hands-on role supports production operations through finishing work, material handling, and production assistance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Grind and polish polyurethane parts to meet quality specifications

- Roll and prepare metal tubes for production processes

- Build wooden crates and packaging materials for product shipment

- Provide production support for polyurethane pouring operations

- Assist with mold preparation and setup

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

- Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
