Job Description:
Join our team and help shape meaningful outdoor environments-from vibrant parks to dynamic commercial and campus spaces. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented designer who's eager to grow their skills while contributing to a wide variety of impactful projects.
What You'll Do
As part of our collaborative design team, you'll support projects from early concepts through construction documentation. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience while working alongside experienced landscape architects.
  • Produce plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Implement redline markups and contribute to high-quality construction documents
  • Translate survey and civil data into clean, organized base plans using CAD standards
  • Create 3D models and compelling visualizations using SketchUp, SU Podium, and Photoshop
  • Assist with site plans, planting designs, grading concepts, and construction details
  • Support concept development through graphics, diagrams, and schematic layouts
  • Prepare planting schedules and organize project materials for documentation
  • Conduct site research, zoning/code reviews, and preliminary analysis
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Manage time effectively to stay on track with budgets and schedules
  • Maintain well-organized project files and follow established workflows

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in landscape design or landscape architecture
