Position Summary
SUMMARY
Under general supervision,designs electronic, printed materials, exhibit elements, illustrations, tabling events and/or presenting for the Student Financial Aid Office.Position may require day and/or evenings for Summer New Student Orientation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualizes,designs, and produces curriculum, training, and/or promotional materials such as flyers, ads, brochures, logos, office signage, exhibits, and/or displays.
Assists with the development and design of marketing projects, including digital designs, print advertisements, videos, photos, posters, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials
Assists with marketing content development including written content development and publishing on social media platforms
Assists with social media marketing including but not limited to posts, videos, audience engagement and sponsored content
Supports office promotional duties such as welcoming incoming students, engaging existing students and tabling at student-centric events
Coordinates the printing production process to ensure quality: writes printing and other reproduction specifications.
May provide technical computer support and install software programs.
Maydesignand maintain websites.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
