Are you a leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving sales results, and building strong business relationships? Do you have photography experience or a passion for visual storytelling? Mom365 is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations, drive sales performance, develop future leaders, and strengthen hospital partnerships while helping families preserve their baby's first moments through professional newborn photography.

This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a people leader first—someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results across a multi-site operation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.
  • Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.
  • Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff across multiple hospital partnerships.
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations across multiple hospital locations.
  • Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.
  • Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.
