Job description

Location:

Secaucus, New JerseyJob Summary:ABOUT US
The Children's Place and Gymboree are two of North America's most recognized children's apparel brands, each with a distinct point of view and a shared commitment to style, quality, and relevance for modern families. The Children's Place delivers accessible, everyday fashion rooted in value, versatility, and real-life wearability, while Gymboree offers a more elevated expression of children's
style through premium fabrics, refined design, and a polished aesthetic.
Together, our brands reach millions of families each season. As we continue to strengthen and evolve our creative organization, we are building a team that brings clarity, craft, and operational excellence to every expression of the brand. This role is an important part of that vision.
WHY THIS ROLE
Behind every great photoshoot is a producer who keeps everything moving. Talent is booked. Contracts are signed. The plan document is updated and accurate. Nothing falls through the cracks.
This role was created to establish dedicated production support within the photo creative team. The Junior Photo Producer will manage the operational foundation of each photoshoot, partnering closely with the Photo Art Director to ensure every shoot is thoughtfully planned, clearly documented, and executed seamlessly.
This is an early-career opportunity with meaningful ownership from the start. It is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, motivated to learn the ins and outs of fashion photography production, and eager to grow into a senior producer role over time.
Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

Casting and Talent Relations

Build and maintain relationships with model agencies to support casting for TCP and Gymboree photoshoots.

Present casting options to the Photo Art Director, ensuring talent aligns with the diversity and inclusivity of our brand values.

Manage communications around model options and track responses, availability, and confirmations.

Contracts and Invoicing:

Own end-to-end management of model contracts, including routing approvals through legal and finance and tracking execution.

Manage model invoicing and partner with finance to ensure timely processing.

Maintain accurate records of all active and completed contracts across both brands.

Production Documentation

Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of seasonal photoshoot plan documents in partnership with the Photo Art Director.

Keep plan documents current, accurate, and shared with all relevant shoot stakeholders.

Track shoot schedules, call sheets, and talent logistics to support smooth execution on set.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as a liaison between the photo creative team and external partners, including agencies, talent, and vendors.

Support the Photo Art Director with pre-production preparation, including reference gathering, mood board organization, and shoot logistics.

Assist with post-production coordination, including asset tracking and delivery confirmation.

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in photo production, creative operations, or a related role within fashion, retail, or a creative agency.

Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with model agency processes, talent contracts, and standard production workflows.

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and deadlines matter.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with project management or production tracking tools is a plus.

A genuine interest in fashion photography production and a desire to grow within the field.

A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented working style.

Hourly/Salary
