About Us:

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is a not-for-profit, Member-owned, and locally operated financial institution serving the financial needs of its communities of Membership. We have 25 locations throughout East Tennessee and we serve more than 300,000 Members. The Credit Union helps Members grow financially by offering a variety of accounts including: checking, savings and investments. Also offered are competitive loan rates on new and used autos and recreational vehicles, mortgages, personal loans and credit cards.

Pay: Starting Range is $20.50 - $22.50, depending on work experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with branch and department managers to schedule and capture high-quality portraits of every Credit Union employee in studio or on location. 

  • Schedule photoshoot days for each branch, department, and Credit Union Board. 
  •  Schedule makeup days for each branch and department.
  • Set up, operate, and break down photography equipment at each location. 

Capture consistent, professional employee portraits which align with Credit Union standards and project expectations.

  •  Provide posing and direction to employees during photography sessions.
  •  Adjust lighting, camera settings, and composition based on shooting environment.
  •  Apply technical photography knowledge including exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and lighting techniques.

Edit and prepare final images for production and distribution.

  •  Cull and select final images. 
  •  Perform standard post-production edits including image cropping, color correction, lighting adjustment, and minor retouching.
  • Archive final images within the Credit Union photo database using established naming and storage procedures.

Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to meet project deadlines and production schedules.  

Track project status and provide updates to Marketing leadership. 

Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.

Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance).  

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work cooperatively and professionally with others.

All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience – High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s, bachelor’s degree , or formal training in photography or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and previous experience as a portrait photographer. Experience with portrait photography in studio and on-location environments preferred. 

Certificates and Licenses – Valid driver’s license required.
