Job description

Not a desk job person? You’ll probably love this role :)

One day you’re walking through a beautiful modern home with floor-to-ceiling windows. The next you’re driving across Omaha, meeting new people, helping local real estate agents market homes, and learning creative new skills along the way.

Every day looks a little different here, and honestly, that’s one of the best parts of the job!

We like to say we’re customer service people first, we just happen to hold a camera.

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Enjoys being out and about instead of stuck in an office

  • Likes flexible, independent work

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments

  • Enjoys working with people

  • Wants to learn creative skills while growing with a supportive team

If that sounds like you, keep reading

About the Role

We’re looking for a positive, coachable, and service-oriented team member to join our growing real estate media company in the Omaha area.

This is much more than a photography position. You’ll represent our brand in the field while working directly with agents and homeowners to create high-quality listing media and provide an exceptional client experience.

No prior real estate photography experience is required. We care FAR more about:

  • Attitude

  • Reliability

  • Professionalism

  • Communication

  • Coachability

  • Willingness to learn

We can teach the camera side :)

What You’ll Do

  • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments

  • Capture interior and exterior listing media using our proven systems and shot process

  • Interact professionally with agents and homeowners

  • Follow direction and apply coaching feedback consistently

  • Upload media after appointments (NO editing required)

  • Help create a smooth, friendly, and professional experience for every client

This is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same.

Schedule & Availability

  • Monday-Friday availability required

  • Approximately 15 hours/week

  • Daytime business hours (9am - dusk)

  • Local travel throughout the Omaha and surrounding area required

  • Schedule varies depending on season and demand

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required

  • Comfortable driving locally between appointments

  • High speed internet and home computer/laptop

One of the best parts of this role is the flexibility and variety. Your days can look different week-to-week depending on bookings, and if you enjoy a role where you’re constantly moving, meeting people, and working in different environments, you’ll probably really enjoy this.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

  • Paid training starting at $15/hour

  • Standard photo appointments start at $25 per unit (1 unit = approximately 60 minutes on-site)

  • Drone-certified shoots start at $30 per Unit

  • Additional pay opportunities for video and specialty services

  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.30 per mile

There’s also strong opportunity for long-term growth as the company expands.

What We’re Looking For

  • Coachable and open to feedback

  • Positive, team-first attitude

  • Friendly and professional with clients

  • Reliable and dependable

  • Self-motivated with strong initiative

  • Service-oriented and thoughtful

  • Comfortable learning new skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred but NOT Required

  • Photography experience

  • Drone certification

  • Customer service experience

  • Real estate industry exposure

This Role May NOT Be a Fit If You…

  • Prefer sitting behind a desk

  • Dislike driving or changing environments

  • Want a highly predictable 9-5 routine every day

  • Prefer minimal interaction with people

  • Struggle with feedback or direction

Why People Enjoy Working With Us

  • Paid hands-on training

  • Flexible part-time schedule

  • No office environment

  • Opportunity to learn photography, drone, and video skills

  • Supportive and encouraging team environment

  • Clear path for increased responsibility and pay growth

  • Meaningful work helping local businesses market homes successfully

  • Every day feels different and engaging

At the end of the day, we’re simply looking for good people who enjoy serving others, working hard, and growing with a positive team.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
