What You'll Own
Your success is measured by how consistently and effectively we show up - everywhere. You will:
  • Manage and grow all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tok-tok, and others as needed)
  • Create and maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar across every platform
  • Develop content that reflects our brand voice - photos, video, graphics, and copy
  • Design, order, and manage all printed brand materials - business cards, flyers, signage, and more
  • Own our digital presence beyond social, including SEO and Google Business Profile management
  • Get out into the community - representing us at local events, building relationships with industry partners, and finding opportunities to grow our presence beyond the screen
  • Monitor and respond to reviews, messages, and engagement across platforms
  • Track what's working (and what isn't) and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Identify new opportunities to build brand awareness and drive business results
  • Partner with internal teams on campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned - this role will grow and shift as our needs do

What You Bring
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally managing social media and brand presence for a business
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Business Profile management
  • Comfort with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) for print and digital materials
  • A strong eye for brand consistency and visual quality
  • Excellent writing skills and a good sense of tone and voice
  • A track record of working independently - this is a department of one, and you'll need to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • High initiative. You see what needs to be done and you do it, without waiting to be asked
  • Comfort wearing multiple hats and adapting as the role evolves

The Fine Print
  • Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
  • This is a fully on-site position in our Omaha, NE market
  • Occasional travel for events, photos, or vendor pickups
