Job description

The Photo & Video Producer is responsible for capturing, producing, and delivering highquality photo and video content in support of product launches, brand campaigns and content needs, events, and athlete or ambassador activations. This role owns production-level execution, from planning and onsite capture through editing, versioning, and final delivery.

Working within the Creative Operations team, the Producer ensures visual content is delivered on time, optimized for multiple channels, and organized for scalable reuse. This role partners closely with the  Line Marketing and Demand, Digital, and Martech teams to deliver assets against approved briefs, timelines, and usage rights requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Photo & Video Production

  • Own photo and video capture for launches, launches, events, and athlete and ambassador activations, including production-level shooting at plants when needed.
  • Plan and execute shoots, including schedules, shot lists, locations, and production logistics.
  • Capture highquality visual content that aligns with brand standards and creative briefs.
  • Execute production-level editing, color correction, and asset packaging, including cutdowns and channel-specific versions.

Editing & Asset Delivery

  • Edit and deliver finished photo and video assets optimized for web, social, email, dealer, and PR use.
  • Prepare multiple formats, cutdowns, and versions as required for different channels and campaigns.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality, technical, and brand requirements.

Asset Organization & Governance

  • Maintain organization, metadata, and version control for all photo and video assets in the shared asset library.
  • Track usage rights, releases, and permissions for all shoots, and coordinate athlete and ambassador usage rights compliance with the Brand Experience and Events team.
  • Support efficient reuse of assets across brands and campaigns.

Partner & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage external production partners to source and supplement higher-level shoots, specialty work, and overflow production.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align production timelines with campaign and event schedules.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience producing photo and video content for marketing, brand, or commercial use.
  • Experience supporting multichannel content delivery (digital, social, PR, events).
  • Ability to travel and work non-standard hours as needed for events, on-water activations, and plant-based shoots.
