What You'll Do
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and refining marketing initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing and promotional materials in coordination with company leaders and sales teams
  • Design, review, edit, and finalize layouts for brochures, flyers, ads, and other marketing assets
  • Develop tailored marketing plans for individual EBM business entities
  • Create and manage digital, social media, and content marketing strategies
  • Maintain and optimize websites for usability, performance, and SEO
  • Coordinate online and print advertising placements, including timelines, pricing, and specifications
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using KPIs and analytics tools
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, search marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Assist with trade show planning, logistics, budgets, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate photo and video content creation, including occasional travel to job sites
  • Collaborate with web developers and vendors to enhance online visibility and engagement

What We're Looking For
You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Experience with graphic design tools and digital advertising platforms
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools
  • Website design and optimization experience

  • Video production, editing, or drone camera operation experience preferred
