Models and reinforce customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices across the team to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and behaviors by consistently greeting customers warmly, assisting through proactive and personalized support, and solving customer needs through resolution and follow-through until satisfied.
Operations Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
