We are seeking a creative, organized, and customer-focused Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage our social media presence and help bring our brand to life online. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries through social media, coordinating photoshoots, styling merchandise, and helping grow our online community across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, understands current social media trends, enjoys creating content, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activity across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other channels as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer direct messages (DMs), comments, and social media inquiries.
  • Create engaging photo and video content that showcases new arrivals, promotions, and brand lifestyle.
  • Style clothing, accessories, and merchandise for photoshoots and video content.
  • Coordinate and assist with product photography, lifestyle shoots, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
  • Monitor social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to recommend fresh ideas.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Track engagement, audience growth, and content performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
