As a growing brand, we're constantly evolving how we show up visually and are looking for creative team members who want to be part of that process.
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator to join our in-house team. This role is all about bringing the brand to life through thoughtful, visually compelling content across video and photography. You'll be involved from concept to execution, working closely with our stylist and marketing team to create content that feels fresh, elevated, and aligned with our brand.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Execution
  • Concept and develop creative ideas for video and photo content across campaigns, product launches, and evergreen needs
  • Concept and execute platform-native content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Capture video content during photoshoots, including behind-the-scenes, styled looks, and campaign-driven moments
  • Create video content outside of photoshoots, including studio shoots, store content, and accessory-focused storytelling
  • Edit all video content, including cutting, pacing, color, and final delivery optimized for each platform

Photography & Styling
  • Shoot and produce still life photography, including product-focused imagery and styled flat lays
  • Style still life setups and develop creative directions for product-focused visuals
  • Concept creative flat lays and still life compositions

On-Set Production
  • Prep shot lists and content ideas ahead of photoshoots to maximize output
  • Direct models and talent during shoots to capture natural, engaging content
  • Work efficiently on set to capture both campaign and social-first content
  • Travel to on-location shoots as needed based on business needs

Content Strategy & Performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Stylist and Marketing Director to align on content strategy and execution
  • Work closely with the Social Media team to fulfill content needs for posting across platforms
  • Stay on top of trends across social platforms and bring forward ideas that feel relevant and on-brand
  • Review content performance and iterate based on results
  • Test new formats, hooks, and creative approaches to improve engagement

Content Management
  • Manage content from concept through final delivery
  • Organize and maintain a clear, accessible content library
  • Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar aligned with launches and campaign

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, photography, or a similar creative role
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and styling
  • Experience shooting both video and still photography, especially product and still life
  • Strong video editing skills with an understanding of pacing and storytelling
  • Ability to concept ideas and bring them to life with minimal direction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of current social and content trends
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Willingness to travel for shoots based on business need

Bonus If You Have
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
  • Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut
  • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce content needs
  • Comfortable being on camera when neede
