Sommaire du poste

Sous la supervision de l'équipe de production, la personne titulaire du poste aura pour principale responsabilité d’effectuer le recadrage des photographies selon les standards établis. Elle peut être amenée à participer à diverses étapes de la préproduction, notamment l’extraction de fond vert pour les photos de groupe, l’importation des images dans le système et la création des commandes.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Effectuer le recadrage des photos conformément aux standards prédéterminés 
  • Générer les bons de travail pour la production à l'aide du logiciel de gestion client Salesforce 
  • Réceptionner et importer les photos dans le système en vérifiant la conformité des cartes d’identification clients 
  • S’assurer de la qualité des photos (individuelles et de groupe) selon les standards émis par l’entreprise 
  • Signaler toutes photos ne respectant pas les standards qualité 
  • Vérifier et retoucher les photos problématiques 
  • Faire l’extraction de fond vert ainsi que la retouche des photos de groupe 
  • Fournir un soutien à la production de produits et d'emballage

Qualifications et exigences requises

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent 
  • À l'aise dans les tâches répétitives 
  • Maîtrise du français 
  • Facilité à travailler sur un ordinateur
  • Connaissances dans le domaine de la photographie (un atout)
  • Minutieux et attentif aux détails 
  • Avoir un sens aigu de l’observation 
  • Rapidité d’exécution tout en respectant la qualité du travail à faire 
  • Capacité à rester concentré plusieurs heures 
  • Aisance dans le travail d’équipe et la communication interpersonnelle 
  • Une connaissance de Photoshop, Lightroom ou Excel est un atout, nous vous offrons une formation pour le reste

Conditions de travail

  • Poste temporaire à temps plein (environ 2 mois, 37,5 h/semaine) 
  • Poste en présentiel, facilement accessible en transports en commun 
  • Horaire de travail de jour, du lundi au vendredi
  • Possibilité de temps supplémentaire, incluant certaines fins de semaine 
  • Formation offerte sur notre logiciel maison

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the production team, the person in this role will primarily be responsible for cropping photographs according to established standards. They may also be involved in various stages of preproduction, including green screen extraction for group photos, importing images into the system, and creating orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Crop photos according to predefined standards
  • Generate work orders for production using the Salesforce client management software
  • Receive and import photos into the system while verifying the compliance of client identification cards
  • Ensure photo quality (individual and group photos) according to company standards
  • Flag any photos that do not meet quality standards
  • Review and retouch problematic photos
  • Perform green screen extraction and retouching of group photos
  • Provide support in production and packaging activities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Fluency in French
  • Comfortable working on a computer
  • Knowledge of photography (an asset)
  • Detail oriented and attentive to accuracy
  • Strong observational skills
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to remain focused for long periods
  • Comfortable working in a team and communicating with others
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or Excel is an asset; training will be provided for other tools

Working Conditions

  • Temporary full time position (approximately 2 months, 37.5 hours/week)
  • On site position, easily accessible by public transportation
  • Fixed schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Possibility of overtime, including some weekends
  • Training provided on our proprietary software
  • Possibility of returning for the next season
