Job description

The Associate Site Merchandiser supports the day-to-day execution of the online merchandising experience across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. This role partners cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to support product launches, site updates, and promotional campaigns while ensuring accurate and customer-focused site content. Responsibilities include maintaining product and site content, supporting SEO and merchandising initiatives, analyzing site and product performance to identify optimization opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to support timely and effective site execution. Duties & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day merchandising execution for product launches, campaigns, and site updates while coordinating cross-functional launch readiness and site accuracy Manage content updates across product pages, collections, landing pages, homepage features, and promotional site content Curate and maintain product detail pages and content, including configuring, adding, removing, and editing product information to ensure accuracy, enhance the customer experience, and drive conversion Execute SEO implementation across product pages, collections, and site content, including metadata optimization, keyword integration, URL structure enhancements Partner independently with the photo production team to coordinate asset priorities and ensure timely delivery of launch imagery Use historical performance data, customer behavior insights, and industry trends to support merchandising decisions Assist in executing A/B tests and other optimization initiatives to improve site performance and customer experience Monitor competitor activity and e-commerce trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation Partner with E-Commerce leadership to support ongoing site enhancements and functionality improvements Ensure accuracy and consistency across all site content and merchandising updates Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of e-commerce and site merchandising experience Strong project management skills: experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results and meeting tight deadlines Shopify experience preferred, or other similar content management platforms Proven success with data, analytics, reporting and marketing required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with website analytical tools and digital experience platforms (ContentSquare/Hotjar/Heatmaps) #J-18808-Ljbffr
