Developpement des capacites visuelles, techniques et critiques necessaires a la pratique personnelle de la photographie artistique avec des outils numeriques. Introduction aux concepts historiques et theoriques de la photographie afin d'articuler une reflexion sur ses problematiques dans la culture elargie des images.
Une connaissance passive de l'anglais est requise.

Development of the visual, technical and critical skills necessary for the elaboration of a personal photographic art practice using digital tools. Introduction to the historical and theoretical concepts needed to discuss and formulate ideas about photography within the larger culture of images.
A passive knowledge of French is required.

Requirements:

Maitrise en arts visuels ou l'equivalent. Pratique reconnue et dossier d'exposition en photographie et art contemporain. Experience en enseignement post-secondaire.

Master of Fine Arts or equivalent. Established reputation and exhibition record in photography and in contemporary art. Teaching experience at post-secondary level.
