  • Assist in coordinating client onboardings and ongoing projects.
  • Analyze service data and financial metrics to support account health and reporting.

Occasional Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on selecting content or campaign initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, or social media posts.
  • Support marketing efforts with basic photos or visual content as requested.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Thorough in your work.
  • Team Player: Personable and collaborative.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Video Editing Software: Such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Photography Skills: Ability to take high-quality photos and proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Hands-On Experience: Gain real-world experience in a professional marketing environment.
  • Diverse Projects: Work on a variety of projects and build a strong portfolio.
  • Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced marketing professionals.
  • Career Opportunities: Potential for future career opportunities within the company.
