Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer/ AI Content Creator to join our team in Monroe, La. This position is responsible for producing high-quality product photography, lifestyle imagery, and digital content for marketing, e-commerce, social media, and print materials. The ideal candidate has experience with professional photography, photo editing, and AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflow, generate concepts, and create compelling visual assets. 
This is an on-site position requiring collaboration with our teams. 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Photograph products, packaging, and lifestyle images for websites, catalogs, advertising, and social media. 
  • Plan and execute studio and on-location photo shoots. 
  • Set up lighting, backgrounds, and camera equipment to achieve high-quality images.
  • Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve image editing, background removal, image enhancement, and creative content generation. 
  • Create AI-assisted marketing graphics and visual concepts while maintaining brand standards. 
  • Generate creative prompts for AI image platforms to support advertising campaigns and product launches. 
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries. 
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all photography and digital media. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and promotional materials. 
  • Stay current with photography trends, AI technologies, and digital marketing best practices. 
  • Assist with additional creative projects as assigned. 
Qualifications
  • 2 + years of professional photography experience
  • Not requited but preferred Associates or Bachelor degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts or related field. 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product photography and photo editing skills. 
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
  • Understanding of prompt engineering for AI image generation. 
  • Knowledge of studio lighting techniques and composition. 
  • Experience with e-commerce photography is preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Ability to mange multiple projects while meeting deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
