Retail Sales Associate

GCT Holiday Fair | November 9 – December 24

Margo Petitti is seeking a polished, outgoing male Retail Sales Associate + Brand Model to represent our luxury men’s accessories brand during the GCT Holiday Fair.

This is a customer-facing role combining retail sales, brand representation, merchandising, and light modeling. The ideal candidate has strong retail experience, a great sense of personal style, and is comfortable wearing and showcasing Margo Petitti pieces while helping customers shop.

POSITION DETAILS

Dates: November 9 – December 24
Schedule: Minimum of approximately 4 days per week

Holiday Fair Hours:

Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for someone who can reliably commit to at least four days per week, including  weekend availability.

Compensation: Hourly pay + commission

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner

Help shoppers select Margo Petitti products for themselves and as gifts

Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience

Learn the Margo Petitti collection and confidently explain products, styling options, and gift recommendations

Drive sales and assist with meeting daily sales goals

Process customer purchases and transactions

Maintain accurate inventory and restock merchandise as needed

Keep the booth clean, organized, polished, and fully merchandised

Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled

Wear and showcase Margo Petitti pieces throughout the workday

Represent the Margo Petitti brand in a polished, professional, and approachable way

ATTIRE + MODELING

This position includes light brand modeling while working the booth. The employee will wear Margo Petitti accessories so customers can see how the pieces look and can be styled.

Attire will vary and may include:

A well-fitted suit

Dress pants and a button-down

Nice jeans with a sweater or button-down

Polished casual looks

Margo Petitti pieces such as neckties, bow ties, pocket squares, scarves, hats, and other accessories will be incorporated into the employee's look.

Candidates should be comfortable being photographed or appearing in occasional social media and promotional content while wearing Margo Petitti products.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previous retail sales experience is required

Some modeling, brand ambassador, fashion, or promotional experience preferred

Polished and well-groomed appearance

Personable, confident, and comfortable approaching customers

Strong communication and sales skills

Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual

Comfortable handling transactions and merchandise

Able to maintain inventory and keep the booth organized

Comfortable working independently when needed

Interest in men's fashion and styling is a plus

Must be available for approximately 4 days per week during the Holiday Fair
