Job description

We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.

Summary

General Laborers work in various areas and perform a variety of jobs and tasks required to maintain smooth operation and to assist when specific needs arise.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Ensures there is no injury to self or others by following safe work practices (including Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
  • Attend and participate in all training activities for the position.  
  • Ensure the acquired skills and knowledge are applied.   
  • Must be a team player and help to meet operational goals.  
  • Performs all such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Manager.  
  • Assists the Wet End Team with each product line.  
  • Assists the Distribution Team with palletizing.  
  • Assists with shut downs, start ups, and cleaning tasks.  
Typical Education

High School graduate or equivilent

Relevant Experience
  • Must have an acceptable safety record.
  • Must have an acceptable attendance record.
  • Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
