In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your focus will be on providing personalized support and therapy that addresses the unique needs of each participant, empowering them to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives. Through empathetic listening and tailored interventions, you will help clients build resilience and achieve their personal aspirations.

Qualifications

  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong ability to engage in complex mental activities that require educated judgment and effective communication.
  • Ability to maintain composure in crisis situations and an eagerness to listen empathetically to client narratives.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community mental health setting, particularly with high caseload volumes.
  • Demonstrated ability to triage tasks effectively and delegate when necessary to uphold quality of care.
  • Skills in motivating peers and clients, fostering a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.
