Phone Repair Technician

Location: 29 E Padonia Rd, Timonium MD, 21093

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours | Weekday and Weekend Shifts | All day shifts - no late nights

This is a hands-on technical role best suited for individuals with prior mechanical, device repair, or trade-related experience who want to build stronger technical skills in a structured, professional environment. Our strongest technicians are reliable professionals who value accuracy, follow process carefully, and continuously improve their skills.

What This Role Is About

Repair Technicians are responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, high-quality service that supports an outstanding customer experience.

You will:

  • Perform phone and tablet repairs using structured repair procedures
  • Execute automotive key cutting and programming services
  • Complete battery testing and installation (automotive and specialty)
  • Diagnose issues carefully and document completed work
  • Maintain organized, clean, and professional work areas
  • Follow safety standards and repair guidelines consistently

This role requires attention to detail, accountability, and pride in doing the job correctly the first time.

Pay & Earning Potential

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
  • Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and additional performance-based earnings
  • Paid training and company-funded certifications
  • Clear path for advancement as technical skills and responsibilities grow

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts
  • Demonstrated hands-on mechanical or technical aptitude through prior work experience, training, or formal education
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small components
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured repair procedures

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Phone or tablet repair experience
  • Automotive, electronics, or mechanical service background
  • Trade school or technical certifications
  • Experience working in structured repair or service environments
