As an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and psychosocial needs.
• Developing personalized, solution-focused treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of treatment sessions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and participate in regular case reviews.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in social work practices.

Our patient population includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who are seeking support for mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client care.
• Experience or willingness to work in a collaborative, supportive team-oriented environment.

While not required, the following experiences will be considered a plus:

• Experience working within a community health setting or rehabilitation center.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic interventions and modalities, including solution-focused brief therapy, play therapy, and group therapy.
