This is an onsite role based within our hospital facility, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. You will engage in a collaborative environment that emphasizes effective communication, teamwork, and continuous learning. The position includes a Monday to Friday schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts commencing at 5:00 pm. • Conduct thorough patient examinations, reviewing medical histories and conducting physical assessments to identify acute conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work, X-rays, and other imaging studies to inform clinical decision-making.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients presenting with a variety of acute illnesses, ensuring the highest quality care through evidence-based practices.
• Implement and monitor appropriate management strategies for chronic conditions, adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Prescribe medications and assess their effectiveness, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices in medication management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical standards and accessibility for medical staff.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventative health measures, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives within the community through patient engagement and health education efforts.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies or related field.
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in California (PA-C) and possession of a valid DEA number.
• Demonstrated experience working as a Physician Assistant in urgent care, emergency room, or similar clinical settings.
• Thorough understanding of patient care regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Strong ethical foundation supporting patient-centered care.

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient patient documentation.
• Leadership experience or training that enhances teamwork and collaboration.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse linguistic populations.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 – 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to attract top talent.
