What You'll Do
โ€ข Perform structural fitting and precision fit-up
โ€ข Align, clamp, and prep steel for weld-out
โ€ข Execute high-quality SMAW/GMAW welds
โ€ข Work primarily at ground level - minimal height work
โ€ข Travel nationwide with a professional field crew
What We're Looking For
โ€ข Strong SMAW skills (must pass weld test - ASME Section IX)
โ€ข Ability to read a tape, blueprints, and weld symbols
โ€ข Experience with grinders, torches, and gouging
