Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS), blood collection equipment, and safety protocols is essential. Attention to detail, patient care, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for this role. These competencies ensure accurate sample collection, patient comfort, and reliable laboratory results, which are vital for quality healthcare delivery.
