Job Overview:

Pay Range: $12.75hr - $17.75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Phlebotomy experience is required, including internship or externship experience to cover basic skills.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience is required (e.g., Retail, Home Health Aide).
  • Keyboard and data entry experience is required.
  • Ability to perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
  • Willingness to work both in the lobby and in a draw room with patients to assist with coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients upon arrival and address questions or concerns with care and compassion.
  • Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the waiting area.
  • Assist patients with check-ins in the lobby using a self-service kiosk or handheld tablet.
  • Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Maintain required records and documentation.
  • Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients and the public.
  • Provide coverage for breaks and staffing shortages by performing phlebotomy duties.
