Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Phinney Ridge Dentalโ€“ Seattle, WA

Phinney Ridge Dental, and Dr. Micah Bickel practice partner of Mosaic Dental Collective, is looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and patient-centered, part time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join the team in Seattle, WA. This role is perfect for someone who loves building patient relationships, enjoys providing top-tier preventative care, and wants to be part of a fun, supportive environment.

As a RDH in our practice, youโ€™ll have clinical autonomy, access to continued education, and the backing of a collective that believes in empowering care teams to grow and shine. Your work will truly matterโ€”and your patients will feel it.

Pay Range: $70-$75+/hr. depending on experience. Retention and hiring bonuses available!

Responsibilities
  • Perform teeth cleanings and other preventive dental procedures.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care practices.
  • Take and develop dental x-rays as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately.
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
  • Manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
  • ยท Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • ยท Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable Washington State and federal law.
  • ยท Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
  • ยท Compassionate patient centric approach.
  • ยท Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ยท Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
