Job description

NOW HIRING: Field Manager – Philadelphia | 2026 Football Season

We're an experiential marketing agency based in Long Beach, CA, and we're looking for an experienced Field Manager to lead a series of exciting football activations in the Philadelphia area during the 2026 football season.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Must be local) Lincoln Financial Field
Pay: $35/hour
Seasonal / Part-Time

Paid Training Provided – We'll make sure you're fully trained on the program and brand before the season kicks off.

Schedule

  • Season: September – December 2026
  • 7 activation events total
  • Each event is approximately 4–5 hours
  • Weekend availability is required based on the football schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead onsite event operations and make sure each activation runs smoothly.
  • Drive vehicle short distances within the venue or staging areas as needed.
  • Open the trailer, oversee setup and breakdown and work activation.
  • Set up branded flags, stanchions, and activation equipment.
  • Work alongside one Setup staff and one Product Specialist.
  • Know the brand inside and out and confidently engage with guests.
  • Answer attendee questions and professionally handle any onsite escalations.
  • Brief the event team on expectations, event flow, brand messaging, and guest interactions before each activation.
  • Monitor crowd flow, staff positioning, and overall safety throughout the event.
  • Serve as the main onsite point of contact with our internal team, providing updates throughout the day.
  • Complete detailed post-event recaps after each activation.

Requirements:

  • Has previous experience as a Field Manager, Event Lead, or in experiential marketing.
  • Experience leading small teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Can stay organized, solve problems quickly, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Can perform light physical work, including moving equipment and setting up event materials.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Is reliable, professional, and enjoys creating outstanding brand experiences.
  • Must be local to the Philadelphia area.
