Job description

Event Staff โ€“ Portable Mini Golf (Part-Time)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Hours: 1-2 events per week, ~7 hours per event

Pay: $22/hour

About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a friendly, dependable person to help run our portable mini golf events around the St. Louis area. This is a part-time role that requires flexibility - perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with people, and being part of something fun and a little different. Events typically last around 7 hours, including setup and teardown, and youโ€™ll always be working alongside another team member.

Youโ€™ll be setting up our 9-hole mini golf course at weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, churches, retirement homes, festivals, and more. Once the course is ready, youโ€™ll help guests get started, explain the rules, hand out putters and balls, and keep things running smoothly. At the end of the event, youโ€™ll work with your teammate to take everything down, load it up on the trailer, and take it away.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Set up and take down a 9-hole portable mini golf course with your teammate
  • Help transport and unload course materials (lifting 50 lbs between two people)
  • Interact with guests and ensure everyoneโ€™s having a good time
  • Keep the course clean, safe, and organized during the event
  • Pack up and return the course to storage
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Someone friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking with people
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs), drive
  • Availability on weekends, and occasional weekdays
