As a Manager, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will play a pivotal role in this mission — connecting science with practice and helping us build the future of reproductive medicine.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information on Ferring products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Build strong scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to drive research and education initiatives.
  • Support Phase IV studies and Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) from protocol development to completion.
  • Provide ongoing scientific training and field support for Sales and Corporate Account Managers.
  • Monitor medical advancements and competitive activities in reproductive medicine.
  • Represent Ferring at advisory boards, speaker trainings, investigator meetings, and major scientific conferences.
  • Territory: Southeast — Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Puerto Rico.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) required
  • 2+ years of experience in reproductive medicine, maternal health, infertility or related fields
  • Familiarity with FDA and OIG regulations, with training provided to deepen expertise
  • Experience with clinical trial design and biostatistics preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with opportunities to present at conferences and collaborate with global experts
  • Located within respective territory and willingness to travel (up to 60%), with flexible scheduling and support for work-life balance

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $180,000, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.

Benefits for this role include: comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees; a 401k plan and company match; short and long-term disability coverage; basic life insurance; wellness benefits; reimbursement for certain tuition expenses; sick time frontloaded yearly of 40 hours, or higher if state or local law requires; vacation time for full time employees to accrue between 112.5 and 150 hours yearly in the first four (4) years of employment, and additional accruals starting in the fifth (5th) year of employment; and 12 to 13 paid holidays per year. We are proud to offer paid parental leave, subject to a minimum period of employment at Ferring.
