Overview

The objective of this role is to expand the scope of individualized cellular technologies at Children's Mercy, with an emphasis on clinically facing applications. This role will be responsible for the standardization and clinical implementation of therapeutic screening in patient-derived organoid models. Current focus areas include refinement of organoid production pipelines, methods development for high-throughput organoid phenotyping, and optimization of therapeutic screening strategies.

  • Human cell culture: maintaining patient derived induced pluripotent stem cells and differentiation into organiod models

  •  Assay development: Development and validation of novel assays to profile organoid function

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $34.51/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
