POSITION AVAILABLE:ย  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) In-person, hybrid, or virtual

POSITION LOCATION:ย  SWWC is located and provides service to school districts in the Southwest and West Central portion of Minnesota. This position will be servicing districts in the SWWC region.
SWWC is currently accepting applications from Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa. Applicants living in or planning to relocate to a state that is on this list are encouraged to apply.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:ย  The Educational Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) identifies, evaluates, designs, and implements appropriate plans for students, writes IEPs, and is a member of the Child Study Team.ย  The Educational SLP also meets with parents, interprets student progress, informs parents about their child's progress, and is available for in-services.ย  These services will take place onsite.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:ย  Minimum of Master's Degree.ย  CCC-SLP preferred, however, CFY is available.ย  Need to be licensed/eligible for licensure in the State of Minnesota and also have a valid driver's license.ย 
ย 

CONTRACT/SALARY:ย This full-time position begins on September 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year, Bachelor's degree salary range of $54,477 to $74,870 annually.ย  Master's salary range of $64,965 to $96,796 annually.ย PhD salary range of $74,515 to $98,387 annually.ย  Salary depending on education, qualifications, abilities, and experience. The role includes excellent benefits.ย  Candidates who have not previously served in a SLP position within our organization, and will be providing in-person services are eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus.
