Medical Physicist - Flower Mound, TXThe essential duties and responsibilities: Full range of on-site clinical medical physics support to include HDR, SRS, SBRT.Support and participate in physics support for the North Dallas RegionOccasionally, as needed, travel to sites within the region for on-site physics supportDetermines the need for, specifies, and accesses dosimetric and treatment planning equipment including, but not limited to, measurement instruments to calibrate all treatment equipment and monitoring devices, computerized treatment planning systems, computerized water phantom systems with appropriate ionization chambers and diodes, etc. Advises and consults with physicians to provide advice or direction to technical staff when patients are being planned or treated.

Desired Skills and Qualifications: Applicants must have a Masters degree or PhD in Physics or Medical Physics from an accredited college or university.

Must be ABR certified, or have completed a CAMPEP approved residency and be board eligible, and have working experience in a clinical environment. Texas Medical Board license required or must be obtained. US Citizen / Green Card holder
