You should have a good understanding of embedded systems and electrical hardware. You should also have a solid understanding of Ethernet- and serial-based communications.
You should have experience creating detailed technical documentation and enjoy solving multi-disciplinary engineering problems that require diverse expertise. Continuous learning is a requirement. You should already understand research processes and have initiative to seek answers independently. You will report to the Milwaukee, Wisconsin laboratory manager.
