The facility operates a rapidly expanding Level III NICU with a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment committed to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care for medically fragile newborns.

Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology
Job Details:
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU in Atlanta
  • Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU/SCN with 1,400โ€“1,500 annual admissions
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists (including dual-boarded specialists in genetics), pediatric intensivists, newborn nursery pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and research nurses
  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to medically complex newborns
  • Participate in collaborative clinical decision-making for NICU patients
  • Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
  • Engage in a supportive, well-established practice with strong hospital and community integration
  • Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs
  • Work 24-hour NICU shifts with schedule flexibility included
