Position: Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) – Autism Evaluations (1099 Contractor)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder to join our Colorado team as a 1099 contractor. This role offers flexibility — with remote evaluations and optional in-person opportunities across the state — and compensation is paid per completed evaluation or at a negotiated hourly rate.

This position also carries major growth potential, with the opportunity to transition into a salaried leadership role, help build out a diagnostics division, and shape clinical operations in a fast-growing ABA organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct autism diagnostic evaluations (telehealth or in-person)

  • Write comprehensive, clinically sound diagnostic reports

  • Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support timely service launches

  • Ensure quick report turnaround so families can begin ABA therapy efficiently

Requirements:

  • PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology (required)

  • Active Colorado psychologist license (required)

  • Experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)

  • Familiarity with ADOS-2, DSM-5 criteria, and differential diagnosis

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting families
