  • Earn $20 per 60-minute sessionย ย 

Level 2ย 

  • Earn $25 โ€“ $35 per 60-minute sessionย ย 

Level 3ย ย 

  • Earn $30 โ€“ $50 per 60-minute sessionย ย 

Elite Levelย ย 

  • Earn $35 โ€“ $67 per 60-minute sessionย ย 

*** 30-minute sessions are compensated at half the rate of a 60-minute session.ย ย

  • Holds one or more nationally accredited PT Certificationsย 
  • CPR/AED certified, requiredย 
  • High school diploma or GED, requiredย 
  • Four-year degree in Exercise Science or a related field, preferredย 
  • Minimum one-year personal training experience, preferredย 
  • Previous experience in fitness program design, preferredย

Physical Requirements:ย 
  • Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.ย 
  • Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing
ย 

Post-Hire Expectations:ย 

After 90-days of employment, trainers will be expected to maintain a minimum of 16 hours of long-term recurring personal training services per month to maintain their position
